Here are a few photos of the disposable analog camera with flash from the Tschibo car accident set sold in 2010 in Germany. The kit contained the camera (including a film for 24 photos), a ballpoint pen, a "European accident report" form, a lined notebook, chalk/crayon, and a measuring tape. The whole kit costed roughly 6 Euros. The Tschibo part number of the camera is 264425.

I was hoping the camera would be a digital one, but as it's analog the hack value is almost zero. The only useful / reusable part is probably the flash and the surrounding circuit.
